Here again!
I know today is tuesday, but i just want to talk about yesterday.
On Monday, we had to sing The Prayer (do any of you know this song?) as a whole sec 1 level. 420 students. Before that, my class had objected to it because we thought that it was hard to sing as a whole level. Plus, this was the first time in Nanyang Girl's High that we ever get to sing as the whole level.
However, after much persuading, we finally agreed and we sang as the level. For 4 weeks-1month we've been practising that song. It's really beautiful. Really. Trust me.
By the way, it was during assembly at 1.00 in the auditorium. We had to sing the school song, like we had to do for every assembly. After the scholl song, our conductor asked us to remain standing, and he conducted us. We sang and it was beautiful!!!!!!! Music swirled around us and cleared everything from over minds.....................
This morning, our form teacher commented us on the song. "It was lovely...." she said.
And we all laughed.
